Reading the book 'Notes to Myself' by Hugh Prather is listening to my own breath, sensing my emotions, getting relaxed from over thinking, holding my own hand, and walking on green carpet of nature. It has been a mesmerizing experience. The book is holding me inside like a beloved one saying, 'do not worry, everything is okay I am there with you. Reading it, giving a feel like I am standing in front of the mirror which is taking me inside me to see my soul, my tiny botheration and unnecessary guilt. The book is taking me to deep dive into myself. Since long I was waiting for to read something like that.
